SSUAVE is a space for artists and creatives based in Barcelona.  The brief was to create a design system for social media, where they could communicate about events and content around the space. The main concept to create this identity was a digital stationery that blends the analog and the digital. The challenge was to make digital tools feel as tactile and personal as paper, without falling into visual clichés.

The identity and the product take the notebook as a starting point and translate it to the screen: paper textures, grid and ruled-page logic, handwritten marks, sticker-like elements. The logo is a mash up of a sans-serif font and script font to talk about the unification of the hand-gesture and the digital environment. The system works across web, social and merch, so the same object can be used on paper or on a screen.
